Night Receptionist – Replacement
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experienced and multilingual night receptionist with a customer-oriented approach. To start immediately, a full-time replacement contract is offered.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Phone assistance.
- Guest check-in and check-out.
- Billing and payment management.
- Reservation control and review.
- Systems audit.
- Cash closure.
- Ability to respond in case of emergencies.
IS REQUIRED:
- Residence in Tenerife.
- Dynamic, responsible, and personable.
- Teamwork skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability for night shifts.
- Commitment to the project and the company.
- Experience in 5-star hotels.
- Fluency in at least 2 languages, Spanish and English are essential.
- Proficiency in office software.
IT IS VALUED:

- Reservation system expertise.
- Familiarity with the island’s tourist offerings.
- Languages: German, French, Dutch.
