Receptionist at Activate Sports Center

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The receptionist at our sports center is the first friendly and efficient point of contact for customers, managing records, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer service.
  • Reception and assistance for visitors.
  • Telephone assistance.
  • Management of the gym’s schedule.
  • Administrative management of the gym.
  • Management and organization of classes.
  • Care and organization of the reception.

IS REQUIRED:

  • Residence in Tenerife (preferably in the southern part of the island).
  • Language skills, specifically English and Dutch; German or French is a plus.
  • Experience in reception.
  • Proficient in office applications.

IT IS VALUED:

  • Experience in sports centers.
